All proceeds from this event will be supporting Farm Angels.

This year, we’re excited to welcome a new band, The Smashing Bumpkins, well-known for hosting school and community Bush Dances. This is one of our favourite social events, bringing together parents from both campuses for a fun-filled evening.

To assist with catering estimations and ensure we can provide delicious food for everyone, we kindly ask that families purchase their tickets as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you there for a night of dancing, laughter, and support for our farmers!

Introduction from our Head of School, Dino Arraiol

As your child returns from camp tomorrow, we encourage you to engage in positive and supportive conversations about their experience. School camps can be an opportunity for immense personal growth, but sometimes, we as adults need to help reframe these experiences for our children.

We suggest asking open-ended questions like, What was your favorite part of camp? What new skill did you learn? or How did you overcome a challenge?

Highlighting their growth moments, whether it was trying something new, making a new friend, or building resilience.

The main aim of a post-camp chat should be to focus on their achievements and fun memories to help reinforce the benefits of stepping outside their comfort zone.

Intercampus Bus Student Collection

Parents are reminded that they must be at the Springwood Campus to collect their students from the Intercampus Bus Service and the Bus sibling program on time.

Staff Supervision is provided until the last student is collected, however, current wait times have exceeded reasonable expectations.

As from Monday 17 February 2025, any student who remains on site after 4:25pm will incur a Late Pickup Fee of $15 per student.

Co-curriculars

At Calvary, we are committed to educating the whole child, and one way we do this is through our Co-Curricular Program. We encourage all students to get involved by joining at least one co-curricular activity or club. If your child hasn’t signed up yet, we invite you to review the co-curricular timetable together and find an activity that sparks their interest. These opportunities help students grow, connect, and develop new skills beyond the classroom.

We look forward to seeing them thrive in their chosen activities!
