Acting Head of Junior School - Carlee Johnston

Dear Parents and Carers,

As we welcome spring and the warmer weather, our Prep and Stage 1 students have dived into their swimming program with great enthusiasm. This is an important part of the curriculum that goes well beyond learning water safety. For many children, swimming is an opportunity to build confidence and resilience—whether it is putting their head under the water or moving into a deeper part of the pool. Learning to swim is another life skill that helps our children move towards becoming independent young people.

We are also looking forward to our Showcase after Dark this Friday. The evening will feature junior instrumental ensembles and choir performances, highlighting the dedication, joy, and talents of our young musicians. Music is such a wonderful gift from God, and this showcase is a beautiful opportunity to celebrate the creativity He has placed within our children and our community.

A gentle reminder: Staff supervision for students begins at 8:00am. To help us keep everyone safe and cared for, please ensure children are not dropped off before this time, unless they are heading directly to an extra-curricular activity or are signed into OSHC.

Car Park Reminder

Staff on duty at the Western Car Park have observed a number of students weaving between cars as they walk into the College. To ensure everyone’s safety, we kindly ask parents to assist by modelling safe car park behaviour by guiding students around parked cars and encourage them to use the pedestrian crossings available.

Thank you for helping us keep our students safe and for modelling the behaviour we need them to follow.

Old Uniform Drive

The college has been accepting donations of old uniform items to send to charity for use overseas. Donations will continue to be accepted until the end of this term. Please bring items to Reception at either campus.
