Uniform Update – Communication

Dear Parents/Carers

It is with excitement that we announce that the Calvary Uniform Shop will be opening soon!

Earlier in the year we shared with you that we were working to bring College Uniform sales in-house. We are looking forward to serving you better in this area and are grateful for your patience as we navigate this process.

The purpose of this communication is to provide you with an update on when the Uniform Shop will be open and give you a summary of the uniform changes you will see.

From Friday 29 November 2024, you will no longer be able to purchase College uniforms from School Locker.

Uniform Information

In consultation with the student body, we have made fresh and modern changes to both the sport and formal uniforms.

From 2025 you will see a newly designed sports uniform being worn around campus. The new sports uniform items will be phased in over a period of 3-4 years.

Transition Period

The transition period for the uniform changes is outlined in the uniform overview documents. Any current College uniform item in good condition can continue to be worn in 2025.

Ordering Process

As far as possible, please order online.

Online orders will be distributed by either click and collect or dropped to your child. It is expected that the online shop will be open mid-November.   

Pop Up Shop

To assist you with your preparations for 2025. A pop-up Uniform Shop will open on Wednesday 11 – Friday 13 December. The Uniform Shop will be operating from the Carbrook Campus under the Cunningham Pavilion. The opening hours will be 9:00am – 3:00pm each day. Online orders placed by Monday 9 December can be collected during this time. Springwood families who make online orders by Monday 9 December can collect from the Springwood Campus on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 December.

Closure Period

The Uniform Shop will close from 16 December 2025 – 13 January 2025. Online orders placed during this time will be available for collection from the Carbrook Campus on Monday 13 January – Thursday 16 January 2025 and the Springwood Campus on Friday 17 January and Monday 20 January 2025.

The College will be closed from Monday 23 December to Friday 3 January 2025.

2025 Details

The Uniform Shop will reopen in January from Monday 13 January – Monday 20 January 2025. During this time, you will need to book an appointment in order to attend the Uniform Shop. Please use the links below to book your appointment. Please note you must have an appointment to visit the shop during this period.

• Carbrook Campus – Monday 13 January – Thursday 16 January 2025.
• Springwood Campus – Friday 17 January and Monday 20 January 2025.

During the Term

During Term time the Uniform Shop will be open on selected mornings and afternoons. The opening times will be communicated to you at the beginning of 2025. Online orders can be placed at any time and will be distributed within 2 days of ordering.
